Q: How do I become a member?

A: To join Embarc® , you can attend an approximate 90-120 minute timeshare sales presentation at one of our Preview Centers (Whistler, Blue Mountain, Tremblant, Palm Desert and Sandestin). A Sales Representative will learn more about the way you vacation and help you determine if an Embarc® membership is a good fit for your current and future travel needs. Q: How do I sign up for a timeshare sales presentation – can I just walk into a Preview Center and ask for a tour?

A: While we'd never say no to anyone interested in learning more about membership, we generally prefer to schedule a time and date for you to tour the resort. This ensures you have enough time to properly evaluate the membership and explore all it has to offer. Call 1-877-787-0906 to learn more and schedule your tour.

Q: What is a Discovery Stay?

A: A Discovery Stay is a discounted vacation at one of our resorts. During your stay, you attend a timeshare sales presentation to learn more about (discover) Embarc® .

Q: Someone approached me in the village about Embarc® . Is this legitimate?

A: Yes. We call them Embarc® Ambassadors – official representatives of Embarc® who approach couples about taking a tour. If you're not available to attend a timeshare sales presentation during your stay, you can purchase a Vacation Discovery Package – an opportunity to return to the resort at a later date and tour the property. Of course, the Ambassador can answer any questions you have about Embarc® , membership or the resort!

Q: Do I have to be married to join?

A: We welcome all individuals who meet our other qualifications related to age and income.

Q: What can I expect on my Discovery Stay? During the timeshare sales presentation?

A: We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, pressure-free environment in which to consider and evaluate an Embarc® membership. We strive to make the experience enjoyable and informative. We want to learn just as much about how you vacation as you do about Embarc® and membership. We will ask questions about your past and future vacations, who you travel with, favorite destinations and more. We`ll explain how the membership works, give you a tour of the resort and explain some of the finer details of how members travel with their membership. At the end of the timeshare sales presentation, we'll discuss a membership plan that works for you and your family.

Q: Can I buy a membership over the phone?

A: Let's talk. Give us a call at 1-877-787-0906 and we can discuss your options for purchasing an Embarc® membership. There are some complexities to the membership that are best explained in person but in unique situations we will consider selling a membership over the phone.
